My all time favourite here is:

ALL-MEAT CRISPY THINS

Italian sausage, beef, bacon, salami and pepperoni deliciously combined with cheese on crispy thin crust.

There are food stalls everywhere, usually in a mall. You can get 2 slices of pizza for only 55 php.
